2. The measurements of the clothing are approximate. However we make every effort to produce it as accurate as possible.

4. Delivered Goods: If you find the package of the goods delivered is damaged or opened, then you should open the package in front of the delivery man. If the goods inside are damaged, then you can return it to the courier man and tell him about the damaged or missing goods. You should also contact the Customer Care within an hour of receiving the goods. In such a case, you must also present any receipt of the goods in question together with the original packaging for the goods. We shall replace or mend the goods, which are damaged or lost in transit, free of cost. Refunds will not be given for products with damages caused by a customer’s misuse or neglect.
5. If you place an order for an item which is out of stock, then we will try to contact the customer. If the customer is not reachable, a refund may be given for the item.
6. We try to dispatch all the orders received as soon as possible. However, if customer is not at home or parcel is delivered to wrong address, then we cannot be held responsible.
7. Once the goods ordered are dispatched, we would send a tracking number and the approximate date of delivery of the goods on your email.
